HISTORY AND BEGINNINGS

 Dakota Feed & Seed was started by Bob and Bonnie Crow on October 15, 1990. With nine years of experience and a strong desire to own and operate their own business, Dakota Feed was started in a rented building selling ZIP feed products, seed, grain buyer and some vet supplies. With the purchase of the six lots, installation of a scale, and a 20' X 37’ office addition in 1994, the small business was on its way up. In 1998, ZIP Feed Inc was sold and was phased out. In 1999, the Hubbard dealership was offered to the Crows and that is what is currently being sold today. With the addition of Jerry Fero, on site feed delivery is available locally. In 1996, they also began an affiliation with Cenex and now offer gasoline and other Cenex products. Bob and Bonnie are constantly striving to add new products and expand their business. All major credits cards are accepted during regular business hours.
